Aashna Kircher is the senior vice president for HR products at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ. She is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of HR solutions, including HCM, Workforce Management, Payroll, HR Service Delivery, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Peakon Employee Voice, Journeys, and VNDLY.

Aashna joined ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ in 2014 and has spent the last 10+ years in numerous roles building enterprise products for some of the world's largest companies. She has a deep passion for growing teams and delivering meaningful and enduring product experiences

Aashna holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in psychology from Duke University.?Prior to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, she spent time in educational consulting.
