Phil Willburn is vice president of people analytics, insights, & experiences at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ. As a founding member of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¡¯s People Analytics function when he joined the company in 2017, his team is focused on helping ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ make better people decisions through analytics, research, employee listening, employee programs, and strategic workforce planning. Under Phil¡¯s leadership, People Analytics has played a pivotal role in vastly scaling ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¡¯s global workforce while upholding the company¡¯s core values and building high-performing teams.
Prior to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, Phil held roles as a leadership consultant to global Fortune 100 companies. Earlier in his career, he served as an advanced analytics instructor for the U.S. Defense Department and U.S. Intelligence Community.
