About

Sheri Rhodes is chief customer officer at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ where she oversees the company¡¯s customer experience organisation, which includes Professional Services, Education Services, Customer Success and ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ Support. In this role, she leads the teams responsible for empowering all customers to reach their full potential with ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ through an unmatched end-to-end customer experience that helps ensure they realise the full value of their ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ solution.

Sheri joined ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ in 2019 as chief information officer (CIO) where she oversaw the company¡¯s global information technology organisation and held responsibility for the internal deployment of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ products. Prior to joining ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ, Sheri served as executive vice president and chief technology officer at Western Union where she was responsible for product engineering, security and corporate technology. Preceding Western Union, she was CIO at Electronics for Imaging and also held various leadership roles at Symantec, Visa, Washington Mutual and KPMG. Sheri has served on the board of directors for FormFactor, Inc. since December 2019.

Sheri holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a bachelor¡¯s degree in business from San Diego State University.
