Lauren Foster serves as lead Partner for Deloitte’s Human Capital practice for New Zealand. In this role she helps a wide range of clients tackle challenges in the people parts of their business. From implementing new HR technologies, driving adoption and new ways of working and adapting to the huge shifts that have impacted all workforces in the post COVID world. Lauren’s professional journey has spanned more than 20 years in the US, UK, Asia Pacific and her home is in Wellington, New Zealand. She is continuously curious about the future directions of work, and loves partnering with her clients to lean into the hard questions organisations face to achieve Deloitte’s goal of making work better for humans and humans better at work.
