Our Associate of Applied Science in Nursing program builds off the fundamental and clinical skills of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Our program focuses on the nursing process, critical thinking skills, managing care of clients in the inpatient setting, and focuses on client safety.
The program involves nursing coursework and hands-on curriculum in our state-of-the-art simulation and practice lab to help you gain the knowledge and skills necessary to apply for the NCLEX-RN to become an RN. You are eligible to apply for the program once you successfully pass the NCLEX-PN to become an LPN. If you’re not an LPN yet, you can apply to our Practical Nursing program.Ìý
