Electronics Engineering Technology

What are you looking at? That’s not a challenge to throw down, it’s a reminder that right now, you’re looking at electronics. And if you start looking around, they’re everywhere! Which means almost everywhere you look, there’s a need for people skilled in electronics engineering.

Our Electronics Engineering Technology program starts from the basic and builds up advanced digital systems. So, no matter what you currently know about electronics, it’s for you.

Our curriculum will prepare you to build and maintain the electronic frameworks that run throughout our daily lives. You’ll build circuits, computers, and programmable robots, while also learning to install, troubleshoot, and service the electrical systems of each. Recognized as one of the best electronics programs in the nation, students have been recruited by companies across the country.

You’ll have the chance to earn industry-recognized certifications from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers that will provide additional career opportunities. And you can choose between the general option, for an in-depth study of advanced electronic topics, and the Biomedical Engineering Technology option, for those interested in working with healthcare technologies. You can also pursue a certificate in Biomedical Equipment Technology.

This program will also soon have a brand new state-of-the-art lab to call home. See the video below further down the page for a first look.
