Campus Dining
²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵoffers on-campus dining at the Founder’s 1961 Cafe in the lower level of the Information Technology Center and at the Osage Burger Company in the Activity Center. Email or call us with questions about dietary restrictions, menu options or special dietary requests.
Students living on-campus are automatically enrolled in the resident meal plan. The cost of the plan is added to the student’s account when they are assigned to housing.
Commuter students may purchase any of the meal plans offered by contacting the Campus Cashier (573-897-5121) located at Tech Central in the Information Technology Center. Meal plans are a non-refundable purchase.
Meal Plan Options (FALL 2024/SPRING 2025)
- 40 Meal Block Plan: $330 – Includes 30 flex dollars
- 80 Meal Block Plan: $660 – Includes 60 flex dollars
- 120 Meal Block Plan: $990 – Includes 90 flex dollars
- 14 Meal Plan (224 meals): $1,600 – Includes 185 flex dollars (Required for residential students)

- 40 Meal Block Plan: $330 – Includes 30 flex dollars (Required for residential students)
Meal Plan Options (FALL 2025/SPRING 2026)
- 40 Meal Block Plan: $350 – Includes 35 flex dollars
- 80 Meal Block Plan: $700 – Includes 65 flex dollars
- 120 Meal Block Plan: $1,050 – Includes 95 flex dollars
- 14 Meal Plan (224 meals): $1,700 – Includes 200 flex dollars (Required for residential students)

To purchase a meal plan for any semester, complete the appropriate semester form above and return it to billing@statetechmo.edu or drop it off to the Campus Cashier at Tech Central, located in the Information Technology Center.

- Dining services are closed/unavailable on any days/times campus is closed or classes are not in session

Are all the meals all you can eat?
No. Only meals at Founder’s 1961 and the evening meal served at the Osage Burger Co. (Osage Classic Kitchen) are all you can eat.
How do I use Flex dollars (where and when can I use them)?
You can use flex dollars at Starbucks, to purchase drinks and snacks at the entrance of Founder’s 1961 and to purchase food at the Osage Burger company after 7:00pm.
How do I add more flex dollars to my student account?
Flex plus dollars can be added to your meal plan by visiting the Cashier’s office, located at Tech Central in the Information Technology Center.
What is the cost per meal if I have a meal plan?
Academic year 24-25:Â All block plans are $8.25 per meal
Academic year 24-25:Â Resident 14 meal plan is $7.25 per meal
What are the walk up door prices if I don’t have a meal plan?
